Great experience Went to John Lee Nissan yesterday after going to few other places looking for a new SUV for my wife. Before we knew it thanks to Pat we drove away in her new car and have been incredibly happy. Great staff and service. Will definitely return and suggest John lee to my friends!!!! More

Poor Ethics We entered the dealership just to see what our cars were worth before we made a decision to trade or not. The Manager said he needed our drivers licen We entered the dealership just to see what our cars were worth before we made a decision to trade or not. The Manager said he needed our drivers license and social security numbers before they could give us a price. After they told us what they would give us for trade in we decided not to look at a new vehicle and upon us leaving the building three other salesmen and a manager approached us and we once again said we don't need to do business with you. About a week later we started getting letters from banks stating the vehicle was over priced. We went up to John Lee and spoke to the manager he assured us he only pulled a credit report for them which was a lie. We recieved 14 letters from banks that they ran our credit through for a 40,000 vehicle that we never agreed on. We contacted John Lee again and the manager stated we must of went to other dealerships and they ran our credit. No we did not. We have very good credit but all the hard hit inquiry look really bad. This dealership has been a true nightmare to us. There ethics is about as low as you can go. More
