She was extremely helpful, honest, and even stayed late to show us the Pathfinders I was interested in . Maddy and her team stayed late for us and we drove away in a brand new 2024 Pathfinder !! When I brought my mini cooper in there to have the oil changed, the technician who completed the service cross threaded the oil plug causing the oil to leak out of the car. I brought my car to another dea changed, the technician who completed the service cross threaded the oil plug causing the oil to leak out of the car. I brought my car to another dealership for a different service bringing this problem to my attention. I contacted John Lee and was advised that they would fix it. When I arrived there they completed the change and charged me to fix their screw up. This will be the last time I bring any vehicle there. I guess they don't know how to service any other car makes.
