Bad people 10,000 cash in hand!!! They sold me a used van and it broke down 7 times within two months. I did a review on Facebook and they blocked me where I cou 10,000 cash in hand!!! They sold me a used van and it broke down 7 times within two months. I did a review on Facebook and they blocked me where I couldn’t post. They are a terrible car dealership and will lie to your face. Marilyn is worlds worse!!! It wasn’t even 24 hours after I bought it the back end started boiling smoke! Within 20 days it broke down five times and they wanted me to wait until Warranty kicked in for the repair. Well the warranty kicked in and they told me it didn’t cover the blower. Wanted $490. While they fixed the blower they broke the piece that holds the compressor in place. Didn’t even get out of parking lot and the van started shaking uncontrollably. They wanted another $500 to fix that. THey were suppose to fix the calipers three times and to this day they still are bad and they stick causing smoke. Oh yeah the windows broke and I had someone fix it and John Lees mechanics left two pair of needle nose pliers in the door causing the wire to break sounding like a gunshot! That is just a little bit of what they have pulled! DO NOT BUY ISED VEHICLES FROM JOHN LEE!!!! More
Very dishonest dealership I found a used car online at John Lee Nissan that I was interested in. I called and talked to them and asked numerous questions about it since it was I found a used car online at John Lee Nissan that I was interested in. I called and talked to them and asked numerous questions about it since it was over 5 hours away from me. They assured me that the car was perfect, it had just been serviced, and there were no issues with the car. I put a deposit down on the car and scheduled a day to come get the car. I arrived at the dealership and the car wasn’t in the condition they had told me. I specifically asked if any of the wheels had curb rash and a few other things about the body. They told me there was no damage, which was a complete lie. I still was interested in the car. So I went to take it for a test drive, before driving the car I noticed the coolant reservoir was empty and one of the tires had low air pressure. They had told me the car was completely stock, that was a lie also. The car didn’t have a muffler and other things had been messed with. I still wanted the car because they assured me it had been serviced and there was nothing wrong with it mechanically. I bought the car and made the 5 hour drive home. As soon as I got the car home the check engine light came on, service awd light came on, the awc fluid was completely empty, the car was leaking coolant and the brakes were squealing. Not to mention other things broke on the car the first week. The car needed over $7,000 in repairs right off the bat. I called back to let them know the condition of the car and find out what exactly they serviced. I spoke to the GM of the dealership and the service manager directly. The service manager had no idea about certain fluids on the car or what they even did in relation to the drivetrain. They didn’t service anything on the car and didn’t do any recall or warranty work that was due. On top of that I asked about getting a spare key. They told me it was $260 for the key and programming from the dealer. I declined purchasing the spare key and then later called to see how much it was. The spare key and programming from the dealer was only $160. They tried to upcharge me $100 for a spare key. They were extremely deceitful throughout the entire process. They told me I could purchase a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty with the car. But then during signing the paperwork told me the car didn’t qualify because it had been modified. Even though they told me the car was stock. Save yourself the hassle and go to an honest dealership. More
