I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone follow me to drop my car off...when I got there they told me they did not have the parts and told I made an appt. to get my car repaired. They could have called me and told me they did not have the parts! I had to go to work. They want $879.00 to fix my car...took it to a local auto shop and got my car fixed for $286.00. A rip off and really inconvenienced me so mad!!! Never will buy a car or use their service dept again! More
