Staff were courteous and helpful. Office was clean & pleasant. Lot had a good selection of attractive/clean pre-owned vehicles and we found one that was perfect for us. My family and I have been coming to John L Smith for a number of years to have our vehicles serviced and worked on for any issues. We always deal with John in the service department and he is the main rea number of years to have our vehicles serviced and worked on for any issues. We always deal with John in the service department and he is the main reason we continue our business with John L Smith other then the quality of work we receive each and every time. John is always upfront and honest with us and we appreciate every bit of advice he gives us as we do not know much about the mechanics of cars. We trust that John isn't falsly trying to sell us unnecessary repairs like most other service departments do and the prices we receive are within reason. We also enjoy conversing with him and Corey each time we come in as if we've been friends for years. On top of their outgoing demeanor they also are extremely knowledgable on vehicles and their components. Beings we are not "car smart" John takes it upon himself to break things down and explain what is being done to the vehicle and why to help us better understand. John L Smith should be lucky to have employees such as John and Corey as they are a primary reason for return customers. Not only are we returning customers but we have recommended many of our friends to this company as well in hopes they would be just as satisfied. More

I came to John L.Smith to buy my third car from there and i met Jason.He was very friendly,and after looking at a few cars helped me find the perfect "sporty"car that my wife was looking for after loosing he i met Jason.He was very friendly,and after looking at a few cars helped me find the perfect "sporty"car that my wife was looking for after loosing her car to a bad accident.It was just what i wanted,low miles,sporty and had room for our two car seats.Jason was very knowledgable about this car and answered any questions that I had.My wife and I both have John L Smith cars and love them, thanks for your service, Adam Clayton More

I would recommend this dealership because Jason and all the others that work there are very pleasant. Jason was very helpful with helping me find the right car for myself that was in my price range. My sales representative, Jason, knew what I was looking for and followed up to let me know when new inventory came in. Jason was very attentive and eager to please. He met all my requests satisfactorily and he conducted a full "delivery" when the car was ready for pick up. A minor repair needed to be made and he brought out the service technician to explain everything to me. Even the Tech was pleasant, friendly and credible. I bought the car for my new teen driver and wanted to be sure it was safe. I prefer supporting local businesses when I can and it was a pleasure doing business with John L Smith and Jason. I highly recommend them and will continue doing business with them. More

I recently needed a good used car for my daughter, called John L. Smith and spoke to Jason Sematis who helped me out from the start. He was just the kind of guy I wanted to talk to. Very pleasent, profession John L. Smith and spoke to Jason Sematis who helped me out from the start. He was just the kind of guy I wanted to talk to. Very pleasent, professional and no pressure. Made a appointment and showed up with my daughter to pick out a car. Saturday morning, four inches of snow outside (it snowed the night before) and Jason was ready to go. We looked at a few nice cars, all of which he had no problem showing me due to the weather and settled on a Sweet 2001 Nisson Maxima. Jason was so helpful and took the time educating my daughter about buying a car. Next it was time for the finances. How to pay for the new addition. This is when I was introduced to Jeff Johnson. This guy was an Ace. Felt like I was talking to a family member in the kitchen. He got everything worked out, checked out and approved. Took all the time my daughter and I needed to get through the purchase. We left happy and excited about the car. Jason & Jeff would have the car completely checked out, Inspected and ready to go by Monday. OK, came back Monday night and the car was waiting for us. They put on new tires (very happy about that), New breakes & rotors, Changed the oil and filter, Inspection and God knows what else. We signed a bunch of papers, talked a bit and took off. This is the second used car I've bought from John L. Smith. I really like the place and I would go back again. More
