We went to John L. Smiths to look at a 2005 Subaru Forester. When we got there we were greeted by Steve Delaney, whom talked to us about the car. So Steve arranged to meet us on a Saturday morning, even though they were closed for business, to finalize the paperwork. He made buying the car easy.Also when we picked it up the drivers side headlight had water in it that happened during detailing. Steve had me bring it in to rectify the problem. the following Monday. The initial attempt to fix the headlight seemed to work , but that night moisture was in it again. When I called Steve back, he had service order a brand new headlight housing. Took it back and within 15 minutes all work was done and I was on my way. This showed me that they truly do back their vehicles. I purchased a mini-van from Mr. Delaney right before christmas and he was very pleasant and helpful in trying to accompany to my needs. I purchased my car from this dealership in November. Just about a week ago, my car broke down. I drive a lot, so unfortunately, I was just over the warranty.
