Wonderful and Amazing Service I would like to say that John L. Smith Inc. has been a blessing to me. I walked in with a NO attitude but when I was greeted by Kelsey I immediately b I would like to say that John L. Smith Inc. has been a blessing to me. I walked in with a NO attitude but when I was greeted by Kelsey I immediately believed in a YES attitude. I was waited on by John Scullin and he was so patient when it came time to explain all of the details of buying a car. Matt Grabill was also a great source of inspiration cheering me on like a football fan in the stadium. I cringed when it was time to do the credit report until I met John Barone who smiled throughout the entire process. An hour and 15 minutes later I was the proud owner of a 2011 Chevy Aveo. I am so pleased with my decision to drive almost an hour to view this wonderful auto dealership. Everyone is professional and willing to help you succeed.
