A Pleasant Surprise! I was on the market for a new truck and was doing the usual research (Cars.com, Google, etc). I came across a listing for a blue Dodge that fit my criteria. The dealership was about an hour away, so I was hesitant to make the drive, but I'm glad I did. I arrived, met Matt Grabill, discussed why I was there and in no time was test driving the truck. - Not the typical dealership/salesman; didn't have that uncomfortable buyer/seller tone - Willing to work with me in terms of price, trade in value, and made special arrangements to meet up outside normal hours to cater to the distance I was driving - Transparent; very upfront and seemingly honest; no running to the backroom for approvals by the manager This is probably the first time I've been pleased by the entire car buying process and don't feel ripped off. I'll definitely check out their listings the next time I'm on the market for a car first. More
