We desperately needed a larger car to accommodate our kids. Before coming to John L Smith, we were told to come in and sign paperwork for another car only to arrive and find out it had been sold. We came in to John L Smith with tons of anxiety about buying a car and were met by not only a knowledgeable staff and laid back atmosphere, but a can-do attitude. They immediately showed us a vehicle that had room for all of us and tons of features we hadn't expected. We were treated like family and they made coffee for us while we waited. Not only that, but we drove away in our new car the same day! While we've been waiting a week for another dealership to give us a call back, the staff made sure we were all set. I hope to continue this great relationship with them and would definitely refer them to anyone I know. More
