Then I found a vehicle a year newer, with less miles, for a grand less at John Smith and I was shook. Since then, every little problem I've had along the way, the service at John Smith has handled it fast, and with no xx. Straight forward pricing and laymens terms with the auto jargon. Last week I totaled that same car. Hit a deer. I kid you not I called the guys at John Smith the next day because I only wanted to work with them again. A week later and I'm back in another car, simple as that. They feel like family, in just a few simple interactions. I can ask any question without the fear of scrutiny (unless I really deserve it), and I always leave with peace of mind. Never going anywhere else. More
