Positive customer experience I found John L Smith dealership online at truecar.com. We went there looking for a particular car in a certain price range. That car did not work out I found John L Smith dealership online at truecar.com. We went there looking for a particular car in a certain price range. That car did not work out for us however they offered us more cars in the price range.. They were able to offer us a number of like cars and we found one that fit our needs. Nice people, no pressure and customer focus. Would happily recommend to any of my friends. More
