Salesman (I use that tern loosely) Mark Mingle was a sexist, rude, chain smoking idiot. I told him my husband was buying me a new truck, and he just kept saying that he needed to come to the dealership. It is MY truck-if I liked it, THEN I would bring my husband. He just showed me things like the mirrors, the radio, the voice command system. I wanted to know about the horsepower, what I can tow, the gas milage. Then, I emailed the manager Matthew Armstrong, to explain my frustration, and he did not care at all. I guess because I did not buy a truck there. Totally unprofessional-both of them. Beware! More

I had an awesome experience buying my F150 – great price on both the truck and my trade-in. This dealer is also an unmatched rarity in “service after the sale” interactions. I had a subsequent issue with one of the running boards and the Ford OEM tonneau that needed an “outside the box” solution. I was blown away with the rapid response and resolution from both the Service Manager, Brenden Belge, and the General Manager, Matt Armstrong. Their customer service was PHENOMENAL! Brenden is the most professional service manager I’ve ever dealt with. His follow-up should be the benchmark for all other automotive repair managers! I will continue to travel 25 miles (one way) for service and future vehicle purchases – driving by other Ford dealerships that are minutes away – because of the exceptional customer service at John Kennedy Ford Pottstown. I purchased my 2009 Fusion at the Conshohocken location but I wanted a location closer to home. Since I was very happy with the John Kennedy in Conshohocken I decided to contact the Pottstown location this time. The online sales consultant was very helpful and emailed and called me with information and then arranged a day and time for me to go there and drive the vehicle I inquired about. My sales consultant, Nate, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and was determined to make this happen. I got a great deal on my 2018 Fusion and traded my 2009 Fusion. The finance man was very knowledgeable and helpful to get my payment where I needed it to be. The paperwork was immediately done in less than an hour. All employees there are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend John Kennedy Pottstown to anyone looking for a great experience at a Ford dealer. More

From the original salesman.....to the service staff I have to say i am extremely happy with this dealership and will do business with them again.....nice job kennedy ford of pottstown...you will have a repeat customer ...I'll be looking for a vehicle for my daughter in the near future.
