Scott has been the salesperson in about twelve cars/trucks that I have purchased from John Jones dealership in the past 20 years.I would like to identify a few of his outstanding skills in his salesmanship which he bring everytime he sells a vehicle. He has outstanding interpersonal skills. A smile on his face ,a firm handshake,and generally a question about the health of you or a member of your family, if he has done business with you in the past. This really puts the customer at ease before he starts the sale pitch. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the process of selling a vehicle, and he shares this information freely with his customers.In turn the customer appreciates this information as it generally saves him/her money, or it up grades the vehicle being considered. I needed a car fairly quickly after being in a car wreck, and when I came in Kevin Carr was very helpful, polite, careing and extreamly helpful in helping me find a car, I couldn't get financing to get the c and when I came in Kevin Carr was very helpful, polite, careing and extreamly helpful in helping me find a car, I couldn't get financing to get the car I liked and wanted, so Mr.Carr went above and beyond to help find me a car in my price range, the first car I got the night I picked it up and drove it to New Albany to drop my rental car back off had a blown head gasket, so Mr. Carr found me another car that next day, he was willing to loan me his personal car until we found me another car. He has called me many times since I purchased the car to make sure everything is ok. I did have a problem a few days after getting the car with the shift cable and Montte fixed it temporarly wihich lasted for several weeks before the cable broke. But I am so thankful that Kevin has called many thimes since I bought the car to check on me and my family and to see how the car is running and working for me. And Amanda from the autobody shop was very kind and thoughtful on the day of my car wreck, she stoped to see if everyone was ok, she asked if she could get my son out of the car and sit him in her car, he was shook up and scared and cold, she took her coat off and wraped it around him and sit with him comforting him. The worl needs more people like these two employees. They are awsome and genuly care about the customers. More

As i was looking at the selection of preowned trucks i was not bothered or presured by any o I visited john jones to buy a quality pre owned truck. Kevin carr one of the sells persons came out and asked if i would like any information about the truck i had been spending the most time around. We then went over the truck and its options but i was in a bit of a hurry so i gave him my phone number to call me back after he had worked out some numbers for me. He called me back after a couple of days as he siad he would. With my work scedual and some family health problems i told him i didn't know when i could get back up to the dealership for a test drive. The very next day he called and offered to bring the truck to me, at my home. I got to test drive the vehicle on my own terms, and conditions with all the time i needed. This will be the second time i've delt with john jones gm, and kevin carr. It also will definately not be the last. The experience of shopping for a automobile has not always been a very good one, but dealing with john jones gm, and kevin carr has been great. he was very knowledgable about the truck that i needed and left me with no unanswered qeustions. I, along with my family and friends will continue to visit john jones, and kevin for not only buying new and used vehicles, but for service and any other questions we may need answered. More
