I was looking for a new pickup truck to purchase for our small farm. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle in this capacity. Scott made me very comfortable doing this. My husband has bought several vehicles at John Jones GM City over the years and Scott Rose has been great. During the last few weeks as we have visited John Jones GM showroom we have been greeted warmly as soon as we enter the showroom. Scott has kept us informed about the progress of the truck as it was made ready for us to take home. He had the side steps and floor mat and mud flaps and the truck was cleaned and shined and all ready, all we had to do was come in pay and sign a few documents and we were on our way home with a full tank of gas. Scott helped us with information about rebates and incentives for a fair price. Over the years we have made purchases for our personal vehicles Scott and the service department are the reasons I came to John Jones Gm for a truck for a business that i have been recently thrust into.
