We found a vehicle on the dealer's website that we were interested in. When we got to the dealership, we found out that some of the information was wrong. After being treated very rudely by Hubler in Bedford, whom I had dealt with the dealership location for YEARS, I got hold of John Jones in Salem who got me in immediately - I had a service engine light o whom I had dealt with the dealership location for YEARS, I got hold of John Jones in Salem who got me in immediately - I had a service engine light on that had been on for several days. As busy as they were, they put my car on the diagnostic machine immediately and found that I had a real problem and got it fixed right then and there. Don Skaggs went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service! I would most definitely recommend them to everyone I know (and am taking every opportunity to let people know just how great the John Jones folks are!) Everyone was extremely nice while I was waiting to get my car fixed, without being pushy. Thank you to Don Skaggs and all the personnel at John Jones! More
Having had recent credit problems due to illness, my husband and I were not sure we would be able to trade our vehicle (which had over 100,000 miles on it)for something better on fuel. Mike and Dan worked with us and helped us drive away in a beautiful fused car with 40,000 miles left on the GM Powertrain warranty! They were very helpful and so nice! When we explained our situation with our credit, Mike never batted an eye or turned away...he just started crunching numbers and we walked out of his office that day with a new (well, new for us!) car and a payment we can live with! More

I have known Scott Rose for twenty years during this time I have purchased a number of cars from him--including Cadillacs--Buicks--Chevrolets--cars and trucks. I turned my car in with a full tank of gas and they only gave me less than a 1/2 tank, also after 2weeks I have to pay for a oil change and put new winshield wipers on the new car. Something about this just gave me less than a 1/2 tank, also after 2weeks I have to pay for a oil change and put new winshield wipers on the new car. Something about this just doesn't seem right. When you pay that much for a vehicle the least you could do is fill the tank up and make sure the oil has been changed. I had less than 1000 miles to go before the oil needed changed. If I would have known I was trading my car that night I would have taken the gas out of it not a good trade. But, my overall experience was good. More

Mike was superb to work with. We no sooner got out of our vehicle to look at what we thought we were looking for and Mike was there to answer any questions. Their finance guy was great to work with as well. Sorry, I can't remember his name but know that he was filling in do to an employee being out sick.
