Eric was very honest. In todays world it is difficult to find a dealership that you can trust. No surprises, he delivered what was promised. One thing that really bothers me when purchasing a new vehicle is the back and forth between the salesman and sales manager trying to agree on price. This is not true at John Jones Chevrolet in Corydon, IN. Also, Randy Wilson is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He is a person that I always ask for because he does not try and add parts that is not needed. Having a mechanic that you can trust is another excellent factor in a dealership. When the dealership has a cookout or appreciation day the owner, Brett Wilson, is there to greet you and will take time to chat with you to see if you are still happy with the truck. I visited 5 dealerships before choosing John Jones in Corydon. The reason I purchased the new truck from John Jones is the knowledge of the staff, honesty and the feeling of trust. My experience with John Jones GM City and Brad Montgomery was great when I bought my pre-owned Cadillac, no complaints. I have since taken my car to them for an oil change and found the Service Department t was great when I bought my pre-owned Cadillac, no complaints. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and the Service Manager explained all the questions I had in detail. And, Brad has been kind enough to offer a "refresher course" as far as learning all the bells and whistles I haven't yet figured out on my own. He did an excellent job going over everything when I bought the car but I could use some brushing up! I would recommend to any of my friends and family to go to John Jones. More
