However, my recent experience with John Howard has turned me away. I was shopping for an electric vehicle, initially offered an amazingly low price on a 3-year- lease with my trade-in. However, after waiting for them to reboot their computers as a result of a ransom ware hack, the payment amount had tripled. I am not sure if they are incompetent, greedy, or inexperienced, but I will not deal with this dealership again. The original John Howard's service was great! the new owner's service was disappointing. The salesman was courteous and respectful, but I am disappointed in the dealership. Subaru has lost a loyal customer. More
