I experienced some ups and downs with my car. Initially, I wasn't happy with the vehicle I received, but over time, I've changed my mind. Now, I'm glad I have it and am satisfied with my Grand Wa Initially, I wasn't happy with the vehicle I received, but over time, I've changed my mind. Now, I'm glad I have it and am satisfied with my Grand Wagoneer. I bought a used vehicle that has some minor defects, but I hope these issues are truly insignificant because I really like my SUV. At first, I was worried that these minor problems could lead to bigger issues down the line, but I’m hopeful that won’t be the case, as I truly enjoy driving it. Regarding customer service, they were fine—I can’t complain. However, I didn’t realize that mentioning the possibility of seeking legal advice could lead them to stop communicating with me. I intended to see what options I had concerning those minor defects, but now I understand that, according to the car salesman, you cannot bring up legal advice during discussions. I need to pay them for my old trade however, they’re making it kind of complicated to pay them because they’re not contacting me and I’m not gonna mail something that can get lost. Anyways, that’s the only reason why I’m not sure I can recommend them to others. Give him the benefit of the doubt however I’m not sure. More
