When I pulled in I wasnt sure where to go and went to the front. A youn man greeted me at the door with a huge smile, put his coat on and ran around the building guiding me in the service garage introducing me to the service gal named Rachel. She was bright, friendly, and very attentive. She brought me to the waiting room and showed me every amenity available during my wait. Customer service like that is worth more than a million in marketing. Take good care of them!! More

I like that fact that they communicate with me and it's not my responsibility to follow-up to see if the work is complete. More
$ 100.00 wasted After getting 2 recalls done on my car, I noticed that it was leaking inside on passenger side from under the dash. I had to make another appointment After getting 2 recalls done on my car, I noticed that it was leaking inside on passenger side from under the dash. I had to make another appointment and after waiting for 2 hours and being told that the mechanic had seen this before and would have it fixed in less than 20 minutes... ( They had my dash already taken apart so I had no choice but to okay them to work on it) I was handed my keys and told " We need more time to figure this out so you`ll need to come back in " Then I was handed a bill for almost $ 100,00. When I asked why I should pay for the service when it was not fixed, I was told " Well he did work on it and try to figure it out for almost an hour " . I cannot believe that this is the way you treat your customers. We will be looking for another dealer / mechanic to work on all of our vehicles from now on. More
Terrible First went to dealership looking at a used Tahoe on the lot, had lots of cosmetic issues and they refused to move on the price, or fix any of the prob First went to dealership looking at a used Tahoe on the lot, had lots of cosmetic issues and they refused to move on the price, or fix any of the problems. They still wanted me to talk to financing and see what i could get. I went elsewhere. Then after buying my 07 Tahoe I took it to dealership to have key fobs programmed. I was there 30 min then told that they were unable to program them as there is something wrong with the truck. If i wanted it diagnosed it would be $65 to do so. I refused. Then took them another 30 min to "wrap up my vehicle" What did they have to put back together that took so long. Was very unhappy that they did charge for every little thing. for them to try it was $50, that is crazy. I will not be going back there for any service or purchasing and will not be recommending them to anyone. More

Loaner car availability a problem I had to take our 2013 Grand Caravan R/T back in for a 3rd visit for the same code, Oil Pressure, in less than 2 months. 1st time I had to wait 2 days I had to take our 2013 Grand Caravan R/T back in for a 3rd visit for the same code, Oil Pressure, in less than 2 months. 1st time I had to wait 2 days for a loaner car, and they had it for a little over 2 weeks because of a part back order. 2nd time a loaner was available right away. They did what Chrysler told them to do which I thought was a joke, change oil , filter and flash the computer. 3rd time , no loaner . I understand that they have to follow what Chrysler says for warranty work , and they were quick on this end . But the dealership should have loaners available for people with warranty work. I had to depend on others for transportation. We did buy this new from Hirsch. The service department has always been good to me , even though I did not buy them from there ( 2 trucks).I've worked with John Hammer a few times over the years and he's always been good, even when he is extremely busy with others needs. More
Service I brought my car in for a issue and I was treated very good at the start of bringing my car in. I got new tires and also a lot of warranty issues tak I brought my car in for a issue and I was treated very good at the start of bringing my car in. I got new tires and also a lot of warranty issues taken care of, and when my car was in for repairs they were able to give me a loaner car. Overall I was very satisfied with the service department. Keep up the Good Work!!!! More
worst 1st car buying experience Do not buy from them at least a used car. I intentionally did not wear my ring to see how my experience would go being a women. It went fine until they knew I did my homework on the car they offered me. Unfortunately I did pay sticker price (first mistake). Then 3 days in The car starts to pull, it's sluggish and the check engine light came on. I was told that they would look at it but my warranty may not cover what's wrong depending on the warranty given which you don't get a choice of. I don't live any where near this dealership and was told I could use a shuttle within 15 miles for free or RENT a car that I can only take 150 miles in 24 hours and charged every mile after. Excuse me? I was told there was a problem and THIS TIME they would eat the cost because if course it wasn't covered. 400. 00. Only because I put my loan on hold (yes you can do that). I was never treated badly until they had to eat money and something went wrong. And then I was treated like a stupid women and the problems were being pushed under the rug. I knew the car shouldn't be performing as it was. They didn't want to admit I knew what I was talking about just because I was a women. I felt very offended and ignored. I wasn't charged for anything but the gas for the rental but the experience will lead me somewhere else next time. More
