Disappointed with appointment I had a 9am appointment, I was asked if I would be waiting or dropping off. I was told 1.5 hours to do recall item and hook up to diagnostic. I electe I had a 9am appointment, I was asked if I would be waiting or dropping off. I was told 1.5 hours to do recall item and hook up to diagnostic. I elected to drop off. 3.5 hours later it was not completed yet. I called to speak to management 5 hours later and was told they get to the cars of the people who are waiting first then get to the drop offs. But I had a 9am appointment!! Very disappointed that I made an appointment for a particular time and was put off until waiters were taken care of first. More
