They have made changes in there customer service, they brought back "true old fashion" customer service and I feel special and my car is being well taken care of, thank you very much. :) More
In top of the problem. The recalled part was causing a malfunction of my van. They repaired it in a couple of days. They gave me a nice loaner van. Excellent service. Heroic Recovery I took my car in for service to make sure everything was in working order before a trip to a remote area. After oil change, brakes and replacement wh I took my car in for service to make sure everything was in working order before a trip to a remote area. After oil change, brakes and replacement wheel bearing/hub and several hundred dollars, I was quite confident for the trip. It turned out the part for the wheel bearing/hub was defective, giving us much concern we could experience a breakdown in the middle of nowhere. On our return, I expressed my unhappiness to Jon Hammer on phone. Jon immediately said to come in the following day at my convenience and to look him up for service. When I came in the following day, Jon was right there to say they would diagnose the problem, ,fix it, and get me on my way. My impression was that fixing my car was the most important thing in Jon's and the technician's day. The problem was diagnosed, explained to me and repaired at no charge in short order. After a needed free car wash I was on my way. When I was in business, I always told my staff handling complaints well is the best way to retain customers. Exceeding customer expectations immediately is a heroic recovery in my book. Jon Hammer and the staff at John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors provided that for me. More

Did not fix engine problem correctly, returned car with in lesser condition then they received it in, and caused damage to vehicle doing diagnostic. However service writers are very nice and understanding. More
Very easy to work with Had a electronic problem. Called Jon {in service} and talked to him. He got me in that afternoon. A tech looked at it and said it would take some time Had a electronic problem. That was Friday. Taylor called me Monday to update me. She said that it would take another day or so to complete and would keep me informed. Taylor called me about noon Tuesday and said that my truck was ready and to come in when I could. Went in that afternoon, saw Taylor, signed one peice of paper and was out of there, newy washed truck and all. Jon and Taylor were very nice to work with and I will be back. Thanks again, Daryl P.S.
