Great Trade-in experience I received a call telling me about it being a good time to trade in and get a new 2015. Upon deciding to purchase, my trade-in was immediately driven and the paperwork begun. I even had help cleaning out my personal belongings from my old car. Great experience overall! More

Service writer was very peasant coming in and when picking up my vehicle, which was washed. I will definitely consider John Hirsch's for future purchases, which should happen within the next couple of months. Oil change, air conditioning not working I was very pleased with the service I received. I brought my 2013 Traverse in for an oil change and it was recommended that because I was at 50,000 mi I was very pleased with the service I received. I brought my 2013 Traverse in for an oil change and it was recommended that because I was at 50,000 miles that I have a transmission flush, etc... I said sure since it was recommended and looks good on records that I had it done sense I have bumper to bumper warranty!! However, my air conditioning needed a part that was not in stock and on back order, but they received that part the next week, called me and I was scheduled an appointment ASAP!! I was totally satisfied with the service department. More

Then asked if I would like a car wash initially that was not done. I have had good service before but this shouldn't happen. Simple request not complicated. Also after sending an E mail about this I have yet to receive a response. Go figure??? More

Explained everything to me with my car and kept in touch with me while the work was being done. He deserves a 10 star review! Very courteous and never rushed or made me feel like a number. Disappointed I would have given 0 stars, but the service guy is helping make up for it. He actually did very good with us, but I still want others to know how we were treated before we got there. We called 9 months ago to get a recall fixed on our van. They told us that they would call when parts were in to get us in. We never heard back and we went all winter having these issues that were caused by the recall. Our van would shut off on us while driving, stopping, turning and in the middle of winter this is just terrible! We were almost in more than 5 accidents because of this. Coming to intersections and everything goes out (power steering, breaks) because the van would just shut off... We explained these issues when we decided to keep calling because we did not want anything to happen to us or our children. Still kept being told waiting on parts and there was a line. Finally when I called again to ask, they told me there was 20 people in line, I re-explained our issues and that it was still happening and he told me that he would put priority on ours. 5 minutes later he calls to say that there is one sitting on the shelf... if there was one on the shelf then why had we not gotten a call earlier to come in?! If we had been in an accident because of this recall not being done, someone would have been sued!! This was ridiculous!! And then for it to be sitting on the shelf... Seriously?! I know someone personally that did not have the issues related to the recall, but their dealership called them right away to let them know about the recall and get them in to get fixed. Now that is service! We did not buy our van from John Hirsch's Motors but when we first called we should have been able to get in ASAP knowing the issues we were having! Now, the service guy when we got there was very nice and helpful so that is why I am giving a few stars. Although, again I was disappointed with the service because the tech took so long looking at an issue that wasn't related to the recall (and in fact my husband already knew about and was going to be fixing) that he couldn't get the recall done in time before closing. I missed an appointment I had after that and had to make a second trip the next day to come get my van. But our service guy got us in a nice rental. Had I been told earlier of this issue he was looking at, I could have explained that my husband knew and was going to take care of it and he could have gotten the recall done in time. More

Leaking tire resolved Went to dealership with issue of unable to keep air in a tire. As I have sensors in all 4 for psi, decided to take this to dealer. Was able to get i Went to dealership with issue of unable to keep air in a tire. As I have sensors in all 4 for psi, decided to take this to dealer. Was able to get in right away, found that I had a nail in the tire, causing the leak. Easy repair, in and out very quickly. Also, found new person at dealership (ERIC) to also be informative on issue of depleting battery on my vehicle. I do not use it that often, and seems the life of battery is drained by no use over time to a degree I was not aware of. Good advise from Eric. Cudos to John Hirsch on sales satisfaction on this purchase initially (TOM) and in what service I have experienced so far here!!! More
