Great Trade-in experience I received a call telling me about it being a good time to trade in and get a new 2015. Oil change, air conditioning not working I was very pleased with the service I received. I brought my 2013 Traverse in for an oil change and it was recommended that because I was at 50,000 mi I was very pleased with the service I received. I said sure since it was recommended and looks good on records that I had it done sense I have bumper to bumper warranty!! However, my air conditioning needed a part that was not in stock and on back order, but they received that part the next week, called me and I was scheduled an appointment ASAP!! I was totally satisfied with the service department. More
