Combination Oil Change/Tire Rotation I will occasionally receive cost-saving coupons in the mail that I'm able to use for various services at this dealership. I had a coupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tires were also close to needing to be rotated so I decided to use the coupon and have both things done at the same time. I was informed that the tread on the front tires was still acceptable, but it was recommended that the rear tires be replaced. Therefor, they did not do the rotation. They also returned my coupon to me to use another time (good through December). The service advisor was exceptional in every aspect of the word. I felt I was given the best service from beginning to end. More

Cordiality I have been affiliated with Hirsch's for four years. He is not the closest option to me for service, however, the closer option lost me in just one I have been affiliated with Hirsch's for four years. He is not the closest option to me for service, however, the closer option lost me in just one telephone call with abrupt manner and you need me attitude, I don't need you demeanor in a conversation. I have found each and every person at Hirsch's to be kindly, conversational without being overbearing, considerate, honest and seemingly assisting me to get the best service for the least amount of money. Let's face it it isn't cheap to own a car. I am at a point in life where I want my vehicle to be up to date in services suggested by manufacture and that is not a cheap proposition. I have found Hirsch's attentive to detail, friendly out of the norm, professional, to the point of seeking to get me coverage on a warranty repair even when my warranty had just run out days prior, that kind of consideration is not commonly found. They are not pushy, but informative, accepting when I chose not to follow their suggestions. If want a large dealership(Luther group) to treat you like you would be treated in a small dealership with wanting to please and an attitude of 'I need your business how can we make this work', then this is a dealership you should consider. More
