Engine replacement on 2011 Equinox My daughters Equinox broke a timing chain, it was a 2011 with 94 thousand miles on it, when they opened the engine, they found symptoms that required My daughters Equinox broke a timing chain, it was a 2011 with 94 thousand miles on it, when they opened the engine, they found symptoms that required a new engine, through the help from Dave, service manager, he recommended a new engine and Chevrolet honored the warranty and installed a new engine. Dave Szynal was very kind, explained the situation thoroughly in a manner that my daughter could understand. Thank you Dave, and John Hirsch at Cambridge Motors. Combination Oil Change/Tire Rotation I will occasionally receive cost-saving coupons in the mail that I'm able to use for various services at this dealership. My car was due for an oil c I will occasionally receive cost-saving coupons in the mail that I'm able to use for various services at this dealership. My car was due for an oil change. I had a coupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tires were also close to needing to be rotated so I decided to use the coupon and have both things done at the same time. I was informed that the tread on the front tires was still acceptable, but it was recommended that the rear tires be replaced. Therefor, they did not do the rotation. They also returned my coupon to me to use another time (good through December). The service advisor was exceptional in every aspect of the word. I felt I was given the best service from beginning to end. More
