I felt there had been a problem but did not mention it when I brought my car in. They fixed the problem and service was quick and I noticed a big difference on the was home with my steering and driving. I trust them with my car and found they provide good service every time. Always very friendly and courteous! I am always able to use coupons making my serve affordable too! More
GMC Terrain I brought my GMC Terrain in for a oil change on March 4th. I also mention the engine was acting like it would die when I had my foot on the break. E I brought my GMC Terrain in for a oil change on March 4th. I also mention the engine was acting like it would die when I had my foot on the break. Eric looked through my file and we decided to go with new sparks plugs since the Terrain has over 100,000 miles. During the expectation they found a lot more wrong than was expected. It was a "Big" job and it was covered under the warranty is all I needed to hear. I was also given a 2016 Chevy Traverse to drive will mine was in the shop. I have to admit it was very very nice to drive but the Terrain is paid for. My husband and I know were we will continue to come for maintenance and most to buy our next vehicle. I had a very good experience. I had been to one other dealership twice to have my recall repaired. I couldn't get anyone there to repair it. I didn't hear from them. I called them again and they would check on it. I again, didn't hear from them. I received a pamphlet from GM with your contact information on it. I called and made the appointment and it was repaired in about an hour. Great experience. Thank you. More

I brought my truck in for a recall and had a discussion with Eric Underwood about this ticking sound. He knew exactly what was causing this and examined for himself the noise. He immediately took action and made an order to get this repaired under warranty! I so appreciate his help on this matter. Oil leak I brought my new (2012) car into the dealership about a month ago for an oil change. I mentioned it to the tech who checked me in and asked him to che I brought my new (2012) car into the dealership about a month ago for an oil change. I mentioned it to the tech who checked me in and asked him to check to make sure something wasn't wrong, since this was the first time I had brought my car in after buying it. After 15 minutes, they were done with my oil change, which was much too fast to even check if anything was wrong. I left frusterated with no more information than when I came in. I called back and spoke with service manager. He assured me to come back and they would make sure to look through it with detail. I arrived on a Saturday and dealt with Eric. He was very friendly from the beginning. When he called me with an update on my car about a hour after bringing it in, he did not find the leak, but had a fix nonetheless. They gave me a beautiful rental truck, free of charge, while they worked on my car. Eric was very pleasant to work with, and will definitely be bringing my car back to him if anything goes wrong! More

Warranty Covered Work I had some speakers that were not working but covered under my warranty still. The service department went over the entire truck and found some oil l I had some speakers that were not working but covered under my warranty still. The service department went over the entire truck and found some oil lines and an axle seal leaking and replaced everything that needed service while the truck was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. They we're very thorough with going over the entire truck and the service personnel are always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Cambridge Chevrolet for any service. More
