Agonizingly slow!!! Even with an appointment, my oil change took over two hours. I could have done it myself in half an hour and saved the cost of the labor. Also from what I could tell, nothing else was even checked as advertised. I definitely would not take anything to them of any difficulty in diagnosing or completing. Apparently my paper work was sitting on the service advisor's desk that had gone home for the day. I personally had to go and find it and ask them to complete it so that I could leave. More

Excellent Service! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in 2008 and brought the vehicle back to this dealership for warranty work for the length of time that I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in 2008 and brought the vehicle back to this dealership for warranty work for the length of time that I owned the vehicle. Customer service was always excellent! I recently purchased a new vehicle and chose to use this dealership for all basic service that I need to have completed on my new vehicle. Every time I have been to this dealership, the customer service has been great. The service representative(Taylor) and the service technician(Curt) were very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem....all within less then an hour. Equinox Service was EXCELLENT I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation and as usual the service was great. They offered me a free car wash which was badly needed. They inspected my car and made recommendations for stalizer bar to be fixed. I felt there had been a problem but did not mention it when I brought my car in. They fixed the problem and service was quick and I noticed a big difference on the was home with my steering and driving. I trust them with my car and found they provide good service every time. Always very friendly and courteous! I am always able to use coupons making my serve affordable too! More
GMC Terrain I brought my GMC Terrain in for a oil change on March 4th. I also mention the engine was acting like it would die when I had my foot on the break. E I brought my GMC Terrain in for a oil change on March 4th. I also mention the engine was acting like it would die when I had my foot on the break. Eric looked through my file and we decided to go with new sparks plugs since the Terrain has over 100,000 miles. During the expectation they found a lot more wrong than was expected. It was a "Big" job and it was covered under the warranty is all I needed to hear. I was also given a 2016 Chevy Traverse to drive will mine was in the shop. I have to admit it was very very nice to drive but the Terrain is paid for. My husband and I know were we will continue to come for maintenance and most to buy our next vehicle. I had a very good experience. I had been to one other dealership twice to have my recall repaired. I couldn't get anyone there to repair it. I didn't hear from them. I called them again and they would check on it. I again, didn't hear from them. I received a pamphlet from GM with your contact information on it. I called and made the appointment and it was repaired in about an hour. Great experience. Thank you. More
