Drop in service call I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox from this dealership on 6/30/16. It only came with 1 key fob and no manual. They ordered new key fob and were ab I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox from this dealership on 6/30/16. It only came with 1 key fob and no manual. They ordered new key fob and were able to find me a owners manual to go with my SUV, My salesman (Klint Snider) kept in contact with me regularly on what was going on with my order and how my SUV was working for me. When they called and received in my new key fob they called to let me know it was in, I did not know I was to call in a service order for this, so I just came in and they programed it and I had a issue with my rear windshield wiper and they replaced it and explained what was going on with it. Thank You to the service team and used car manager Jeff and my salesman for all there help. More
