Courtesy and good communication can be found here I had to take my car in for a new seal for the transfer case. The service staff was friendly and patient with me in explaining what was wrong. Eric explained in detail what needed to be done and gave me an accurate estimate on the time it would take to complete the work. Maintenence check and Tire and Oil Change We requested a tire and oil change and general maintenance check. They did also ask if we wanted a car wash, and we send "sure". They found some repair work needed for the radiator, which was good, although, what they quoted us over the phone and what the quote was when we got the paper work onsite were two different quotes, and it seems they forgot to share this with us over the phone, more findings they forgot to add, which would of added about $1,200.00 dollars to the price. With talking to the service tech, they said, they would "recommend" this, be done, although, at this point, it was not necessary to fix, the $1,200.00 dollar recommendation. We also found some "paint" or some kind of coloring on the lights on the car, we did tell the tech this before we left, he said he would come out and look at it, although, it seemed, he was busy and did not check, we did wipe it off at home with Windex, and it did come off, although, not sure what it was, Also, we never did get the CAR Washed, as they shared they would do. More
