We walked into John Hirsch’s Cambridge Motors not hoping for much since previous dealers had been low balling us to the point where they might as well had slapped us in the face. But we walked into JHCM and were greeted right away by Jayne who made our entire 6 hour heart wrenching decision as easy as it could be. Her and other coworkers as well as John Hersch approached us throughout our time there and expressed how nice of a truck my husband current Cummins was but also extended support on the decision we were making to trade it in for a half ton (which is also rediculously beautiful) they didn’t pressure us at any time and they let us make this decision on our own while answering all of our questions. A trade was made that day and tears were shed; but Jayne, Jeff, John and a couple other employees made it such an awesome experience! We were both so incredible happy with our visit from start to finish! We’ll continue working with them throughout the week to finalize everything and I couldn’t ask for better people to be working with for this life change! More
