Very easy to work with I found a vehicle online through my wife's employee website, I filled out a questionnaire to see if the vehicle was still available and Tom reached ou I found a vehicle online through my wife's employee website, I filled out a questionnaire to see if the vehicle was still available and Tom reached out to me via phone call within aprx. 20 minutes. He confirmed the Truck was still for sale, gave me the history of the vehicle and I asked if they would be interested in buying my then current vehicle, with which they were. I asked Tom to send me a few pictures of the interior of the Truck as a follow up and he did so in about 15 minutes. I in return sent him the data on the vehicle I wanted to trade in to speed the process up. We exchanged a few text messages and I agreed to stop in on Saturday evening. I left for John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors in a solid snow storm, I arrived there about 4:20 or so and they close at 5. Tom had the Truck in the heated shop, not only so we were warm and comfortable, but so that we could thoroughly see the trucks condition without being covered in snow or laying on the parking lot. The three of us, (me, my wife and Tom) set off for a snow storm test drive while my prospective trade in vehicle was being appraised. We drove about 20 minutes while Tom went over a few of the vehicle details, My wife was able to ask him questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask and we were able to test out the 4WD and traction control. We then returned to talk numbers. Tom was very honest and easy going, he made us feel comfortable by setting realistic expectations and in a professional manor. Despite a strong snow storm underway Tom and his team stayed late to ensure our deal was processed. The entire process only took about 70 minutes and we were able to save long term on the interest rate by putting a few extra dollars down up front. I will buy my next vehicle through Tom and recommend him to anyone wanting a straight forward purchasing experience. More
