The "4 free oil changes" policy is confusing. We did finally get them in over a 24-month period, but not without explanations and conflicting info from Service as to when they should occur. We came close to having to pay for the 4th one when the service rep said the service manager was incorrect for what he had previously promised us. The job took close to an hour and a half, which seemed a little long. Disappointed the car wash was out of order. The waiting room and snacks, etc is nice. More

The service center waiting area was of hotel lobby quality. The staff was professional and kind and my car was completed within the time promised.
