Working with Jared and Chad made my car buying experience so easy and fun! I had went to another dealer several months ago to look at a used Honda and felt nothing but pressure from them and it was the worst so easy and fun! Chad contacted me, explaining he had read my e-mail, understood and both he and the dealership wanted my buisness. In short, Chad made this deal what I had hoped for - no game playing with me between himself and the sales manager - simply a superb deal, and a pleasant experience with no complaints or regrets. How often can a buyer say that? Rarely, if ever! I could not be more pleased with Chad's integrity (he did exactly as he said he would), his attentiveness and professionalism. If the other sales people at Hinderer come close to prviding the experience Chad did for me, there is no other Honda dealership in central Ohio to do business with. I would like to state that I am exceptionally happy with my new car and the service that I received from Chad Chesrown. My journey began by contacting Rob Stewart, the internet manager, who referred me to my new car and the service that I received from Chad Chesrown. However, I posed the question, is it possible to get a new car. Chad was on that right away, asked me some questions, excused himself and returned with a new car setting at the door waiting for me to test drive. He stated he hand picked it out for me based on what he gleaned from our conversation. He did a thorough explanation of the cars details ... I was very impressed. Upon returning from test drive...I told him I was interested and he stated lets get the ball rolling. During this time, the computer had went down regards to financing, so we were waiting. As we were setting, sales persons stopped by and said Hello. All were very friendly. Chad came back with some numbers...I was not comfortable with the first set. I was asked a few more questions...he went back, the finance manager came out and explained about the computer being down...sorry for delay. If we could wait for a short bit...it will be up and he can give us some concrete numbers. All the while we were waiting, everyone was very nice. Needless to say, once paperwork was processed, they came and got me and told me they had beat the price I had set and I now have a brand new car. As stated above, I am extremley happy and have referred several persons to the dealership and quite proudly state where I purchased my car. To close, everyone that spoke with me (can't remember all names) was extremely polite and genuine. Thanks You!!! This is my official first ever brand new car! More

After visiting 7 different dealers it was nice to find a sales man like him. He even called a few days later to check how I liked the car. If you are looking to purchase a new car I can not recommend Chad enough. Super great guy. More

John Hinderer Honda is not the upmost fit car dealership in the Columbus area. I am currently a college student who has just purchased his first vehicle from John Hinderer Honda and it could not have been a in the Columbus area. I am currently a college student who has just purchased his first vehicle from John Hinderer Honda and it could not have been a more worse purchase that i have ever made. The vehicle had two massive oil leaks, a slipping transmission, and ever since its purchase more and more problems arise everyday amazingly. They deny these problems and refuse to help in any manor. Due to the fact that i have to pay for these problems out of my pocket, I will be unable to attend college next semester. Thank you John Hinderer. I will never purchase anything, or do any business with you again. More
