The finance officer ( Frank) took his time to complete all the paperwork needed so he could process our loan the following day without needing us to return to the dealership. Knowing that we would be returning to the area in 2 days, Frank took time to find us a better interest rate and called to let is know that we could stop by on our way by the dealership to sign the new papers. The Best Deal at JHH. We leased a new Honda Civic LX yesterday. We weren't going to trade yesterday just finding out what kind of deal you would give us. They have always tried to be fair, even when something wasn't exactly covered by the Hinda warranty. And once you go there a few times, they remember you by name. Not a necessity but a nice touch.
