Our experience has been excellent as everyone is accommodating, as well as graciously kind. Ron was quite patient as I struggled to decide what vehicle would suit me best and then decide the color. Ron was extremely helpful as we looked at many SUVs, multiple times. We were able to eat our packed lunch and encouraged to do so by Ron and Jordan. Jorden was also kind a patient, explaining all the features of the vehicle. I almost chose to purchase from Parkway due to it being more convenient (close to my work) but decided my loyalty was at John Hinderer and because of ALL the fine service experienced in the past. There is also a large selection. Thank you! Note: My 2015 Honda CRV was totaled after a one ton van pulled out in front of me. I was impressed by the safety it provided. Jorden also educated us more regarding the safety features and the air bag performance upon impact. Honda is definitely our #1 vehicle. More
