4 service visits in first month We purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain with 63k miles. 4 service visits in first month of ownership. Problem still not solved. Vehicle won’t start intermittently. Problem occurred the day after purchase. They kept the vehicle for a week and claimed it started every time with no issue, therefore they couldn’t troubleshoot the issue. Upon getting home that same day of pickup, (today 2/17/18) vehicle won’t start and is currently stuck in our driveway. Thank god my wife (purchased for her vehicle) and 4 month old son weren’t out of town! Also having an issue where the drivers window won’t go up properly and was told since I “own the vehicle now it would be my responsibility” by Justin Hinderer as well as having to put $100 towards an exhaust leak that happened about 2 weeks after purchase. Would give zero stars if that were an option! More

He gladly did a few "out of the way" things for me upon request such as asking a technician a few technical questions I had, going over the truck one more time in further detail with me, and asking the financial department a few questions that I had. I personally drove 10 hours to this dealership to pick this specific vehicle up and would do it again if ever needed again. Thanks guys. More
