We were very pleased with that sales experience, and have been extremely appreciative of the care and professionalism of Hinderer's service since then. All maintenance on the Element has been done there, and we can't say enough good things about their Service Advisers and technicians. Of course the Element itself was great, on the road, in town, or out in wilderness areas. Very dependable through all 180K. It was sad to let the Element go, but Hinderer gave us top value in the trade-in on a 2017 C-RV, and Kara Crampton in Sales took us smoothly through the process. Knowledgable, considerate, and communicative, Kara was outstanding and we'll be recommending her to our friends. Hinderer Honda is run the way you'd wish every business were run, and we look forward many more years of excellent service with the new C-RV. More
