It was a bad day at this dealership. I test drove a truck and the check engine light was on, I informed salesperson Ms Melissa Keith about the matter and she informed me that the problem I test drove a truck and the check engine light was on, I informed salesperson Ms Melissa Keith about the matter and she informed me that the problem would be taken care of..I went back the next day and the light was out so I purchased the truck..Before my 40 day tag expired the check engine light was back on.I took the vehicle to a dealer and they informed me the oil pump was going out.I took Ms Keith word that this was taken care of,(Big Mistake)..Now the dealer won't talk to me because they said it was sold as is..I would not recommend this dealer to ANYBODY.This was a vary bad day at John hindderer Honda.. Just purchased a 2017 C-RV at Hinderer Honda We are long-term customers for sales and service at Hinderer beginning with our 2006 Element. All maintenance on the Element has been done there, and we can't say enough good things about their Service Advisers and technicians. Of course the Element itself was great, on the road, in town, or out in wilderness areas. Very dependable through all 180K. It was sad to let the Element go, but Hinderer gave us top value in the trade-in on a 2017 C-RV, and Kara Crampton in Sales took us smoothly through the process. Knowledgable, considerate, and communicative, Kara was outstanding and we'll be recommending her to our friends.
