We so appreciate the time Ron Strong spent with us. So far have not found a dealership or salespersons who have treated us so well. Ron Strong has spent his time working with us for over a month. Answering all our questions and providing us with information we had not thought of. We will give his name to our friends and let them know they will be treated excellent. Even their employees who were not waiting on us were so friendly. Everyone spoke to us as we entered the showroom and asked if they could help us. There was no pressure to buy a certain vehicle. At our age we thought it best to buy out our lease. Ron helped us through that process too. Even our finance manager, Curt Purdy listen to our needs and answered all our questions. Jason was awesome, pretty good experience Bought a used vehicle from Jason , good nice young man. The process was very time consuming but we got it done. Great first time car buying experience! Going into this big decision in my life I was nervous at first but meeting the people that helped me with this purchase made it quick and simple. Kara was very sweet and she listened to my concerns and was just a fun person to talk to if I had a question she would always thrive to make sure that I got the anwser. Henry our financial advisor was very fast at what he did and he wouldnt push anything on you, but at the same time he would explain what each part of the paperwork was. 2 Hours for an Oil Change Went to have a simple oil change and was told it would take up to an hour. 2 hours later someone finally came to get me. I watched my cars oil be chan Went to have a simple oil change and was told it would take up to an hour. 2 hours later someone finally came to get me. I watched my cars oil be changed in less than 20 minutes, yet it took 2 hours. I understand being busy, but people who came after me were getting done before me and I even made an appointment. No one thought to tell me they were delayed or that it would take longer. I had to cancel an appointment for an oil change because no one wanted to communicate with the customer. Horrible customer service. More
