Communicating with Chris Banks via text and phone couldn’t have been any easier. He was extremely quick with his responses and beyond polite. After our excursion to the dealership, Chris was there waiting patiently for our arrival, to which we proceeded with the transaction. Not only was Chris awesome, but every single person that works at this dealership was incredibly pleasant to speak with and more than accommodating. Even wearing my University of Michigan sweater, they looked past that ;) This dealership and particularly Chris set the bar pretty high for what customer service should be and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. The whole purchsse process was very smooth and was walked through the service center, introduced to the associates I would be seeing for my regular service visits. The building is fantastic, very clean and comfortable environment. I drove away confident and comfortable with my purchase and experience working with everyone that helped me.
