Great service/ Great Car/Happy Customer My wife and I went to "look" at a 2012 Mazda Miata that was on Gar Gurus. (We rarely "look") Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and took us on two separate test drives, since it's a 2-seater. The car was in great shape with low mileage and handled well. It was exactly as described online. They have a no haggle policy on pricing, so we know what it would cost before going to the dealership. CRV left wife stranded twice so far 2015 CRV would not start. Wife had it jumped and took it to the dealership who tested the battery and it checked out fine. They told her it must have 2015 CRV would not start. Wife had it jumped and took it to the dealership who tested the battery and it checked out fine. They told her it must have been a fluke drawdown. A three year old car does not just die for no reason. But they didn’t feel the need to look deeper. Three days later the car stranded my wife again and again she had it jumped and went to the dealer where the go to was to check the battery again. Still good. So a cursory google search shows this is not isolated to our CRV and it may be an ignition relay or an ac relay. But thanks to Honda not digging into the issue with our under warranty CRV we have to arrange a rental and bring it back to them a third time so they can “recreate the problem” which three days prior was just a fluke. I have had good experiences before here and thought my next car would come from here. But after these experiences my confidence in your service department and your product are dwindling. More

2016 Civic to a 2018 Civic I came into the dealership thinking that my lease was up and I was planning on buying my car. Matt did more than just that!
