I told them what I wanted and I drove off yesterday with what I wanted,a brand new Rally Red 2018 Honda Civic EX Sense. I walked in there at 1030 am and walked out @ 1305, fastest auto purchase I have ever experienced..... dont let me forget my Honda Genius was amazing as well,quick to answer my questions and very nice. Disappointed I bought a new 2018 Honda Civic from John Hindera Honda May 26th. On the drive home, I noticed a loud noise coming from the center console. I called s I bought a new 2018 Honda Civic from John Hindera Honda May 26th. On the drive home, I noticed a loud noise coming from the center console. I called service and they told me to come in and they would take a listen. After driving an hour out of my way for this appointment, I had an employee ride with me and listen to the noise. They told me they would be in contact early the following week to get my car in and I would receive a rental while they fix the issue. After not hearing back, I called late that following week and they claimed they had no record of me coming in or making a complaint about the noise in my car. They apologized and said they would be in contact early the following week to get my car in. It is currently almost a month out of buying my car and they still have yet to set up an appointment to get it fixed. It is completely ridiculous to already have an issue with a brand new car, driving it right off the lot. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone due to the lack of customer support from their service department. I am currently in the process of setting up an appointment with a different dealership to get the issue fixed. More

First time but not the last time! We needed to buy a reliable car for my daughter but didn't want to break the bank. John Hinderer Honda was the perfect choice for us. For were able We needed to buy a reliable car for my daughter but didn't want to break the bank. John Hinderer Honda was the perfect choice for us. For were able to find the car we were interested in online and John Lee met us in the parking with no pressure. I admittingly hate to shop for a car. You feel like you are being attacked by vultures and have no room to breath and there is nothing but pressure. This was not the case with John. He took the time to show us the car, answer our questions and gave us space to talk and make a decision. He was wonderful! Henry, from finance , introduced himself and made us feel at home. Miguel Parra handled our financing and it was the least painful experience with financing ever. He was thorough and there was no anxiety that you normally feel. It was a quick process. Zach took the time to show my daughter how to sync her phone to the Bluettoth system in a matter of a few minutes and saved us the headache of reading 20 pages of a manual. He also gave her some great insight into working and going to college. I have bought many cars throughout the years. John Hinderer Honda had a huge, reasonable selection but more importantly they have something that is rare. They have employees that care. We encountered multiple employees there today throughout our tour of the service department and the process and everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you for making a day I dreaded a day that was productive and enjoyable. We will be back next time we are shopping for a car 😊. Thank you all for everything! More

Great customer service all the way around I want to thank Chris Banks for great customer service!! There was a bump in the road getting my car to test drive since the key was lost but he reas I want to thank Chris Banks for great customer service!! There was a bump in the road getting my car to test drive since the key was lost but he reassured me they would get one made and they did!! I have dealt with another Honda dealership but John Hinderer goes over the top on every degree! I believe this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! I will definitely recommend John Hinderer Honda to friends and family!! More

Worst experience ever. An appointment on June 14th went inside to look at an 08 Chevy Silverado. I met with a Salesman by the name of Mcintosh and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership in my life. I purchase many used vehicles from reputable dealers in central Ohio and I will never be back a John Hinderer Honda in Heath. When we got there to look at the vehicle we started to negotiate the price he wouldn't budge on the asking price at all and the truck had issues that needed fixed and they weren't going to touch it. When I submitted my offer which is about 3000 less than what they're asking I expected him to counter, but instead he refused to budge on the asking price and blatantly said "why did you even come to look at this vehicle". I guess I'll keep going to the local dealerships in Lancaster, Ohio. I have never had a car salesman refuse to negotiate on a used vehicle especially when it had known issues that they were not going to fix. More
