Great quality, price and customer service! As most of us know we usually hate the entire car buying experience! Well I'm happy to say John Hinderer Honda is completely different! I put down a deposit the night before since we were coming from almost 3 hours away to hold the vehicle until we could get there. They contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm when I was coming and contacted me several times by the time I got there that afternoon to answer any questions I had. By the time I showed up they had the car I was buying already detailed and ready for a test drive. Considering it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy Alexis took me on the test drive and she was amazing!! So personable and friendly we were laughing the WHOLE time. Once I got back we were ready to do paperwork and Alexis and Ron were able to answer all my questions. They never once made me feel stupid for asking some questions and the entire time was pretty stress free which was a nice change from what I've been used to in the past with car buying. All of the paperwork went through like a breeze both thanks to our credit and there knowledge. Even though they were busy they all took the time to talk through all of our questions. Once we got all of our financial stuff signed and ready they had the car completely ready with temporary tags and Alexis once again got in the car with me and got everything set up which was so nice not to have to stress about considering I'm not at all tech savvy. If you're considering buying a new Honda please visit them! There price was by far the best which is why we drove 3 hours and I can honestly say when it comes time to buy our next car we will be driving the 3 hours again just to deal with them. Such a awesome experience. Highly recommend Ron and Alexis! Couldn't have asked for better. More

I started to look around at new and used cars for myself.I had it down to to makes a Honda Pilot being one of them.you had one Pilot on the showroom floor.I brought my wife in to look at it and see what she thought. She liked it also.we then worked with David Lybarger on the purchasing,after a test drive. We returned the next day to finish up the perchasing process. And after having all the electronics explained to us we drove the new pilot home. No pressure experience It was an absolute pleasure working with Kara on the purchase of a 2018 Accord. We initially were scheduled for new tires on our 2016 Accord.
