Finally this past Wednesday, July 18th I bought my first Honda CRV AWD in Gunmetal Grey and I LOVE MY CAR! I knew my salesman going in, Ron Strong so I already felt at ease. The entire team in the showroom were attentive even offering beverages and snacks to us. I was going back and forth with the color of the exterior and interior and not once did Ron seem frustrated with me trying to pin down the exact one I wanted. I am so pleased with the entire experience! More

My review has to do with the dealership itself. I walked in to the show room, found my dad who was waiting for me, and then literally spent 15-20min looking at an HRV-EX, which if it could have worked out would've happily traded my lease in tonight and drove away, but not a single person approached me. So I'm reviewing my experience as I sit in the customer waiting area now. Quite disappointing to see multiple sales staff sitting at their desks, some helping others which is understandable, but others who didn't even feel the need to ask me if I had any questions or needed any help, say hello, etc. Any other dealership I've ever been in you get swarmed, even if you tell the first couple you'd just like to browse for a bit, they keep coming. I'd sincerely hope that this is not the typical experience at this dealership, but for me this was a major failure in customer service. *Edit* ... After sitting in waiting room for a bit, was approached, unbeknownst to my experience by her, by Kara who works as a Service Retention Salesperson. She was great, helped me with everything I would've appreciated in the first place and more. Even though they weren't able to help me in my situation, I would definitely recommend working with her. More

Amazing service! I just want to say that we had a really good experience! I went to look for a newer Honda, but was still playing around with the idea of a new car. We I just want to say that we had a really good experience! I went to look for a newer Honda, but was still playing around with the idea of a new car. We were greeted right away by one of the finance guys while out on the lot. He got us with our sales rep, which was Jordan Baker!! We were there at least 3 and a half hours - maybe 4 hours. Jordan stuck with us the whole time ! Very personable and easy to talk to. He didn’t push me into buying a car that I wouldn’t have been able to afford. Took his time to show me the car. Luckily I got the first car I looked at. But thanks to Jordan, we are proud owners of a brand new 2018 Civic. He was very knowledgeable on the car (of course) but didn’t act like he hated his job and wanted to go home. None of the sales team struck us the wrong way. All in all, I would definitely recommend coming to John Hinderer Honda to anyone. The free ice cream was just an added bonus:) Also, the finance guy, Henry was top notch. Between fighting the negative equity on my trade in and making sure I knew what I was signing was a HUGE relief. Answered all of our questions and explained very well. Obviously he knew what he was doing and didn’t mess around. I honestly don’t think I could say anything bad about my experience. I’m still shocked that I even drove off the lot with a brand new car. Also special thanks to Kristen who helped me set up my iPhone to my car and showed my all the bells and whistles my car came with. Mr Tiller made the finance process smooth and very quick and before I knew it I was driving off the lot in my new civic. Paperwork was teady and prompt. The car was ready for us to inspect, take on a test drive, exploring all the gadgets. Some of the other staff came to intoduce themselves and helped with setting up my phone to the car and anwet some questions. I felt like home and we exchange small talk like we were old friends. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car there. The process was painless and i am happy with my purchase. More
