Very informative, very satisfied I had Joseph Vericella as my salesperson. He was very nice, helpful and didn’t stop until he found the right vehicle for me. He told me he was new to the job, but personally I thought he had been selling automobiles for several years, with the knowledge he had. He was very informative, polite, and helpful! I would definitely recommend him. Also everyone I came into contact with there was very nice and helpful:) I also had a girl set up my radio stations and Bluetooth but I don’t remember her name. She also did a great job doing that. More

The welcome was warm as soon as we walked through the doors. He took plenty of time with us and allowed us the time we needed to make the decision on our new vehicle. The last time we purchased a vehicle, we had buyers remorse shortly after leaving. This time, we had none. Chris was a huge help in that. He was honest when it came to the details of the vehicle, and assured us that if we had any questions, we were welcome to contact him. Curt made the financial side of it very quick and painless. "Short, sweet, and to the point" if you will. Definitely the best experience I've ever had in the purchase of a car. More

Misleading We purchased a brand new vehicle and was told by Tonya our sales rep that Lyndsay Hond boost their prices to give a 0% Rate 72 mo. We decided to trust We purchased a brand new vehicle and was told by Tonya our sales rep that Lyndsay Hond boost their prices to give a 0% Rate 72 mo. We decided to trust her and take her word for it and come to find out after we finished buying that Lyndsay Honda had the same price or our car and 0%. Called in less than 24 hours after buying and spoke with manager and was rudely told nothing they can do 2 sides to every story, and didn’t even apologize. Absolutely terrible coustmer service and screwed overall now having to pay a ton in interest. Don’t appreciate being lied to and then when asked to speak to manager pretty much brushed us off. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone else again. More
