My son made his first vehicle purchase here, to start off he was told they had a 2013 KIA Optima they could s Customer service and sales are horrible! My son made his first vehicle purchase here, to start off he was told they had a 2013 KIA Optima they could sell him and pulled around in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata which he was ok with that but they had just taken this car in, it had a broken headlight and had not been serviced. They were to replace headlight as part of the deal which took him over a month and several attempts to schedule, then tag and title issues were delayed beyond expiration because they wrote the wrong mileage. He also has extended warranty on the car purchased at dealership. Well a few thousand miles later the car starts dying on the highway and he called the dealership and they said he had to call warranty company or go to Hyundai dealer, meanwhile my son changed the oil and filter because it looked pretty bad since the dealership didn’t service the car thinking maybe this may help. The stalling was intermittent. A week after oil change the car is half a quart low on oil and the rods or rod is knocking. Look it up on internet and find there was a recall for this which will be covered by Hyundai since it has less than 120,000 miles but they won’t cover a rental car up front. So we called the dealer to ask for a rental car, I feel that this the least they could do since they sold a car that hadn’t been serviced and they said no they won’t. I argued the point that a reputable dealer would have changed the oil and possibly seen the metal shavings in the oil meaning hard part failure and would not have sold the car. This is not an organized nor reputable dealership that stands behind their merchandise More
