I’ve been working with Hinderer for over 4 years. Service and sales teams. I waited 9 months for my vehicle and was thrilled to purchase the car. During the sale I noticed red specks on the bumper. Me and the sales team worked to schedule the car to come back in to smooth out the issue. I picked the car up and had no concerns until deep cleaning the car later and noticing the red specks all over the car that I did not notice in the time buying the vehicle. I knew I needed tires soon so I asked the service department to look over the issue and was insured the team cleared up any issues with the paint. Once I arrived to my car I noticed NONE of the red specks were fixed. More

Bought my vehicle and was thrilled, had everything I wanted! Was told it had remote start, a selling point for me. Due to not having the correct keys on purchase I find out I actually don’t have remote wanted! Was told it had remote start, a selling point for me. Due to not having the correct keys on purchase I find out I actually don’t have remote start when I finally get my proper key. They simple said…. Sorry I was wrong! My salesman was great until the sale was final. When he realized he “ mistakenly” told me my car had accessories it didn’t have he has not contacted me like he stated he would and has not returned any of my calls. My advice, ok dealership but make sure your salesman knows about the car he’s selling you… I am not sure if I was lied to or if my salesman truely did not know anything about this vehicle…. Either way…research your car before you sign papers here More
Went in for oil change and was recomended wheel alignment based on posts that I passed when entering service door that took number readings that were shown to me.
