Great place to do business I went into the dealership wanting a specific car. After dealing with banks, realized I wasnt able to without having money down. Instead of walking ou I went into the dealership wanting a specific car. After dealing with banks, realized I wasnt able to without having money down. Instead of walking out, Joseph and his managers found a car on their lot that I was able to be approved for and made the process very easy! Joseph also provided excellent customer service and helped make my stay there worth while! Worst experience ever We tried to work with this dealer two different times in the last month. They lied about the number of hard pulls on our credit. They said we were app We tried to work with this dealer two different times in the last month. They lied about the number of hard pulls on our credit. They said we were approved but refused to sell us the car we wanted. Rude and unprofessional people. They wasted our time and I felt we were discriminated against because I am disabled and we needed a cheaper car that was not going to make them enough profits. If they did not want to work with us then they should have said so day one. My husband depends on a car for work. He has not worked since October 31st when he was in a head on collusion caused by a driver on their cell phone. Our car was totaled which is why we need a new one! More
