THREATENING A CUSTOMER On our visit there this past Saturday we were having an amazing experience with the sales guy Eric. Spent about 4 hours there in total. We were going to trade 2 cars in for 1 new car then but a used car out right. So essentially 2 cars. That we didn’t really need. As we were negotiating cost per month Michael comes over and starts talking down to us saying “ this is the best offer your going to get and if you go to other dealerships your going to waste your time because everybody shops online.”( WHICH YOUR WEBSITE DOESNT EVEN HAVE UPDATED PICTURES ON MOST USED CARS) Then Michael continues to talk down to me and my wife and belittles everything we have to say. And telling us we have no clue how business are operated. After dealing with this for about 30 minutes I get up shake the salesman(Eric’s) hand I tell him I would gladly deal with him but not with “this xxxxxxx”(Michael). At this point I’m walking out of the building while Michael is right behind me saying that “You’re lucky we are in a dealership” “ you’re lucky that we aren’t somewhere else”. And continued to repeat this several times. It’s this kind of people that give dealerships bad names. It’s because of this person that I will contact anyone I have to, to give this place the worst reputation possible. Or even give this “SALES MANAGER” the worst reputation possible. If it wasnt for Micheals actions I surely believe we would have bought 2 vehicles off of them. More

Joseph walked us through the entire process along with Kristen. They both treated us with kindness and respect. We never felt pressured or pushed.
