His professional touch was great for Q&A, especially with his wide range of product knowledge. His sense of professionalism is accompanied by a very welcoming demeanor and an anything-is-possible attitude. Simply put, I felt like Chris was motivated to make me happy from the moment I walked in to the dealership to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car. I will be gladly referring everyone I know to his expertise for a very long time. The car itself is exceptional as well. I purchased a 2019 Civic LX with 72-month financing. I was impressed by the dealership's wide variety of options, and even show cars dating back 50 years. The white early-90's Prelude in the showroom was in unsettlingly nice condition; my brother and I must have looked at that car for 45 minutes. I was sold the Civic LX, signed the financing papers, and was promptly taught how to use all of the very impressive features my car has to offer. I honestly can't wait to bring my new car in for service. I can only imagine how well-executed the rest of the dealership is. 5 stars doesn't do this team any justice. They are putting 5-star dealerships to shame with their atmosphere. THANK YOU CHRIS! And thank you, everyone at John Hinderer Honda. More

From Happy to Unhappy Customer Service :( I would like first thank Kara Crampton for her excellent customer service and helping me to navigate this process. Unfortunately, I had to edit this I would like first thank Kara Crampton for her excellent customer service and helping me to navigate this process. Unfortunately, I had to edit this review as this experience has turned from great to bad. :( The sales process with Kara was great! I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage that was very similar to my 2013 model that had been totaled. My new purchase was "reported" to have heated seats, retractable mirrors, UVO, navigation, sunroof, remote trunk release and of course be mechanically sound. I test drove the vehicle and it appeared that everything was working properly, we did not drive on the highway or any highway speed. My first red flag was that when it was time to take the vehicle home that we (myself and the salesperson) immediately discovered that the remote trunk release was lighting up but not working, it appeared to be stuck. It was recommended that I just call service the next day to correct the issue, I agreed with this and happily drove my car off the lot. As I entered the freeway, I pressed the heated seat buttons and discovered that the seats were not warming up. I then pressed the button for the retractable mirrors and they were not working either. Thirty minutes after driving off the lot, I called the dealership, It was closing, so I sent a text to my salesperson. She again was very kind and advised me to call service. The next morning, (less than 24 hours) I called and was able to get into service, I took the car in and it was checked. I was told that "the buttons are in the vehicle, but the car does not have remote trunk release feature, no retractable mirror feature and neither does it have heated seats"! I was told that some Kia's have the buttons but not the features (?) I was very confused and disappointed, I called a Kia Dealership and provided the manager with the specs on my vehicle and he advised that this information is not correct that if the buttons are there, that the vehicle should definitely have heated seats etc. In the meantime, I took my car to return home and while accelerating to enter the highway, a large puff of smoke came out of the rear, so much that the two cars behind me swerved into the next lane. This has now happened four times. I called back to the dealership the day after the purchase and asked to speak to the Manager Greg Strausz. Mr. Strausz did not return my call. I called again three days after the accident and left another message, no return call. I called again on December 26th and he returned my call. I explained the situation and "thought" that I would receive the same level of customer service provided by the salesperson. Instead, Mr. Strausz was very defensive and argumentative. Instead of him listening to me , he took it upon himself to debate every single concern. I became upset and he then accused me of yelling at him, I wasn't yelling, but I was certainly upset at this point. He never ever offered to assist me, but he instead told me "You signed the contract and so there is nothing we will do here, so just take it to a Kia Dealership and they will fix everything under the warranty"! I will NEVER visit this dealership again. The managers lack of customer service and lack of empathy and willingness to assist in anyway was unacceptable. I hope that I am able to get the items repaired under warranty, but this has been a horrible experience. More
