My previous car had unfortunately been involved in a collision and was totaled at the scene. I came into the dealership knowing I was interested in an SUV and had seen John Hinderer had a couple MDX’s in their inventory. Once I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Chris and told him what exact vehicle I was interested in getting into. Chris, being an MDX guy himself, had nothing but great things to say about the vehicle and showed me what they had available and directed my attention to the one I ended up purchasing. Chris had a wealth of knowledge and was very helpful during the test drive and when it came to discussing finances. The entire staff at John Hinderer Honda are excellent people to work with and I highly recommend doing business with them. When the time comes and my MDX is in need of servicing I will be eager to return because they give their customers a true “at home” experience with their waiting room. There is WiFi, TV’s, fresh baked cookies, a large selection of fresh brewed coffees, and many other snacks for their customers to enjoy while they wait on their vehicle. Like many, I have had experience waiting at dealers for my vehicle to be serviced and I can honestly say their offerings were nothing in comparison to John Hinderer Honda’s.
